| 438994 | 2006-03-18 05:46:00 | Hi . My hard disk crashed and is not allowing me to boot into XP Home in either normal or safe modes . I've run recovery console and used the chkdsk /r command, but the drive seems beyond repair . I took the drive out of the machine and slaved it to another xp machine, but when i try to open the My DOcuments folder, I'm not allowed access since it was password protected . Any way i can access these files??? cheers |
