| 438973 | 2006-03-18 02:24:00 | I have just bought a Netgear WPN824 WiFi Router and am trying to install on my Win98 SE system, unfortunately when I put the installation disk in, it brings up a window advising me 'log off and log back on again with administrator rights'. I am currently set up as the only user on this machine, and it is connected to a Dick Smith Router and three other PC's in my home network. Have tried the Netgear and Microsoft websites, but have been of no help. :help: |

I should not panic so quickly (have only been working on this for two days!) I think it was the bit in the setup guide that told me 'do not plug the router in yet', which I have now ignored and used the manual to set up. Cheers | flobine (10010) | ||
