| 439196 | 2006-03-20 07:17:00 | a firewall can't stop you from being infected by a virus or trojens. worms it can. provided you did block the files then they won't be able to access the net and do whatever nasty thing they are designed to do. to be infecte by a virus you need to download somehow (or share it by disk). you can get them simply by visting a web site. the fact that you know its a trojen not something else means you must know the actuall name of it...what is it? and what location on your pc was it found in? otherwise just ditch nortons and get a decent antivirus. |
