| 439346 | 2006-03-19 14:57:00 | I have a compaq presario 1500 series pp2140 I have used the recover cds and reinstalled everything to the factory defaults I no longer have DVD options I read one place to disable norton I did that played a dvd it started but kept pausing and then did not play anymore need to help to see if the DVD is bad or just the settings are not right |
