439735 2006-03-21 12:02:00 I read in an article last week on the stuff website that ihug might be doing a 360 on its decision of accepting telecoms pathetic and expensive new ubs broadband plan,i was stunned to see that ihug were having second thoughts about accepting this as the week before they put out some breaking news saying they had rejected telecoms 3.5mbps plan, i really wonder where this country is going with all this arguing over whos faster and whos not even though i back ihugs decision not to accept telecoms pathetic new plans. 439737 2006-03-21 12:22:00 I read the article you pasted and i have to say that has got to be the biggest farce of the century that telecom have come up with.I honestly believe that telecom think we are mugs to fall for outrageous and pathetic plans like that who sits down and dreams up these plans saying they are faster when clearly by the article they arent. The catch phrase faster cheaper broadband is laughable it should read slower and dearer broadband coming soon to an internet provider near you. Telecom is a massive farce. Hitech (9024)

All I know is if I want to download any thing large I will be doing it overnight.... as there new contention ratio ( possibly 124:1) is going to slow the internet down a lot! ( I think)
