| 439730 | 2006-03-21 22:17:00 | win 2k outlook 2003 System has been running fairly stabily for a couple of years, i have made no recent changes to the system (apart from a defrag) now everytime I click a link in an email I get the following message "The operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer, Please contact your system administrator" The account I am using is admin equivalent and no settings have been changed everything I have tried makes no difference Help Please |
