| 439815 | 2006-03-22 05:19:00 | Hi, My sisters computer runs fine normally. When we make a dialup connection to the internet, it then runs very slow - Word, Itunes etc wont run for about 3-4 minutes, then they all load very quickly. The machine is a recent Dick Smith purchase, running a sempron 2200 1.5G chip and 512mb ram. There is no obvious download/upload activity during the 'waiting' period. Any ideas? Thanks Dave. |
