| 440514 | 2006-03-25 01:12:00 | Microsoft Access help system is sooooo crappy! :( thats y i came 2 the awesome pressf1 knowing i'll get some answers :) I'm trying to print off forms with Microsoft Access, but its printing 2 off on 1 page, which is really annoying, what I really want it to print specific forms, 1 on each page, as I only need 3, and when I select page 1 of 1, it prints 2 forms...i dont want 2.... Instead of screenprinting then editing in photoshop, is there any true way to print only ONE form... |

| 440515 | 2006-03-25 04:32:00 | Hi To get into the real deal Access help press the Alt and F11 keys together to open the VBA editor and from there press F1 to open the real help (instead of the quasi-Excel help you get from within Access). However, that said I'm not sure the help file will actually help you. What exactly are you trying to do? It's better to use the reports for printing, not forms. But if you are trying to get a screenshot (for something like system documentation of a help file) then I usually crop the screen shot with something like IrfanView. It works well. If this doesn't help, can you explain again what you want to do? Andrew |
