| 440429 | 2006-03-24 20:00:00 | When I click tools,options in firefox on XP OS I get a seethrough page with the options headings and the action buttons at the bottom and the previous page still showing underneath.As the options do not work I can not check further.I have removed and reinstalled and it is still the same so the problem is in my saved settings somewhere I guess |

| 440432 | 2006-03-24 21:23:00 | This happens when the extensions need updating. Running Firefox in Safe Mode does not load the extensions and the Tools menu can then be accessed. Until the extensions are updated the Tools menu may not be available in normal mode so you need to update them as soon as possible. |
