440618	2006-03-25 10:33:00	What intrigues me is what do people do, where do they go and/or what AV have they, to get all these spywares, trojans, hijacks etc infecting their systems every 5 minutes??? I must say, having been connected online from earlier DOS ftp days, and later www through Win9x and through to XP, nothing has ever got into my systems other than innocuous so-called data miner /tracking cookies. In my experience they use Internet Explorer (on some hopelessly out of date PC), click yes to install ActiveX components and are visiting some sort of entertainment sites with stuff such as joke screensavers and movies. For instance, they will seen playing games they found from the web (such as noughts and crosses). They don't like thses strange popups but continually go back to these sites with lots of smiley icons and banner ads. They love to do this on other people's PCs they use. Anti-virus will be hopelessly out of date (if present, an ancient version of Norton's). There will be a vast collection of "handy" apps in their system tray. The desktop will be full of icons. In short, when they see a dialog box, they don't read it but keep clicking OK until it goes away... I can spot the type out there, though there is a second type - they are related to porn surfing. :D	gibler (49)
