| 441197 | 2006-03-27 10:11:00 | With Optical in?? ie: The Sony MZ-NH600 If you do, how do you use it?? I've just installed a 6 channel soundcard (a Leadtek 6xsound card, on someone else's PC), which has an adapter (which plugs onto the card, which has a digital optical in/out, and the rca analogue in/out sockets on it) . I've got the optical cable for the card and the adapter which plugs into the MD Walkman . The cable works, coz when I select the Optical option in the mixer (for the soundcard), the red light comes on . BUT, what programs would make use of it? I see Sony Sonicstage and a few other programs came with it, but none of them seem to have the option to transfer data/music with the optical input . So, anyone have any ideas?? |
