Do a google on it there a lot of info on the web, you can even download one but I reccomend renaming your orginal one so you can go back to the orginal if you need to.

442094 2006-03-30 23:19:00 Do a search on your C drive for hosts (probably in C:\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\Etc). Open it in Notepad or Wordpad. Add the URL you want to block in the format of 127.0.0.1 websitename.com, without the http or www. Save.

When you want to access the sites just go back, rename it it to hostsold and save.

It's not actually as much of a hassle as it sounds.

The question though is why you want to block such innocuous sites such as Microsoft?
