441921 2006-03-30 03:48:00 In Word 2003 is it possible to select all the text in a document and have the font size increased by an increment, regardless of the various font sizes in the doc? ie instead of manually selecting each section of text and increasing it.

Thanks.

441922 2006-03-30 04:41:00 Yes, select all the text you want then press CTRL+[ to decrease or CTRL+] to increase.
Those are the square bracket buttons by the way :D

441923 2006-03-30 04:52:00 You could always make a style for your text, so headings would be formatted with a custom style, like 'heading one'. Make heading one bold 12pt arial etc etc. Then just highlight your headings and give them that style.

Then just change the formatting of the style and all entries using that style will be altered.

Its the best way to set up long documents,

Wow, that's a new one for me. Ta CYaBro.

What I have always done is use Shift + Ctrl + > to increase or < to decrease the text size but the size increments are in even numbers, eg 12 to 14 to 16, etc, whereas CYaBro's method increments in single numbers, eg 12 to 13 to 14, etc.
