| 441859 | 2006-04-19 04:35:00 | What res do you play at? Try a lower resolutuion, I know lots of people like to play ay 1600 or whatever but personally I like 1024, its enough and gives a better result with lower end cards.... I tried 1024x768 and I still get low fps. I moved my pagefile to the hdd all my programs are installed to. Why would this make it any better though? Shouldnt it make it worse, as now that hdd is loading/using the game, and the pagefile at the same time? Anyway, going to reformat soon, so will defrag and such after I have finished re-installing. Don't think it will make much of a difference though. Shall I upload an example saved game where I get very low fps? I want to see if my fps are 'normal' or not. |
