| 441710 | 2006-03-29 09:15:00 | Have you tried different speakers? Can you hear a audio CD playing in the drive if you plug the headphones into the phone-in socket on the front (if you have that option). Have you checked to make sure the BIOS hasn't disabled onboard sound? | Jen (38) | ||

| 441713 | 2006-03-29 09:36:00 | True story just in today. I was talking to a user who said "you know sound has never worked on this PC and I've had it for years"......... .....the speakers were built-into the monitor and there was a monitor setting using the OSD that had mute enabled :) |
