| 442534 | 2006-03-31 16:44:00 | Has anyone experienced any difficulties signing into MSN Messenger? MSN says that there is nothing wrong, but several people have not been able to connect over the past day. Any ideas, suggestions..?? |

| 442535 | 2006-03-31 18:00:00 | I constantly have troubles with MSN Messenger . . . I have to repair the connection and reset it every time I want to use it . . . I also lost my pinned contacts listing . They just disappeared and I cannot find anywhere to reset that either! There is a way to test the connection . . . . GOTO - TOOLS>> OPTIONS>> CONNECTIONS>> REFRESH and then after it does it's thing, GOTO Connection Troubleshooter and click START to get the rest of the repair done . I notice that this "repair" never seems to hold when I re-boot next time and I have to do it all over again . :badpc: BTW: I also deleted Windows Messenger, thinking that would help . . . can't say it did . . but I didn't use or even like Windows Messenger anyway . . . better to be rid of it . |
