| 442462 | 2006-03-31 08:31:00 | Using XP home I wish to keep all my data on the d drive. Should I move the folder "Documents and Settings" to the d drive or just "My Documents" ? Any other advice please. Doug2 | Doug2 (10108) | ||
| 442463 | 2006-03-31 08:39:00 | You can create a new folder on the d drive if you so wish and just point the pc to it by updating the shortcuts for my docs. My My Docs is Drive I  |

| 442464 | 2006-03-31 08:49:00 | Hi Doug. Agree. The original My Documents sits on C. I have all my data and graphics on E under the folder E:\Correspondence and ignore the empty folder on drive C. | Scouse (83) | ||

OR right click on the "my documents" folder choose properties and you can change its location within there |
