| 1400401 | 2015-05-09 08:50:00 | Fairly broad question. If a USB PCI Express card is added to system, will the OS find drivers for it or will it need it's own. Assuming this is a new system running win7. |

| 1400402 | 2015-05-09 09:08:00 | Some cards will automatically install the correct drivers, others should have the drivers on the manufactures Site. Had a W7 PC on Wednesday do just that, fresh install and windows couldn't find the drivers. took ages trying to find the right ones as it was a no name card, the owner didn't have the original Driver CD, and the ones that were "meant" to be correct by the Hardware ID didn't work :( | wainuitech (129) | ||
| 1400403 | 2015-05-09 09:22:00 | Thought that might be the case. Had one here today with 2 different cards in it. No go. Showed in device manager with flags. Ran out of time. Sugested to owner, google the cards & find some drivers. |
