1400394 2015-05-09 03:10:00 Hi,

For many years I have been using two or three versions of e mail chess with various apponents, who use xtra, clear, slingshot and g mail along with others--- occaisionally in the early days ( like 16 years ago ) one or two games disappeared, only to reappear weeks later, but others never came back

My apponents took this peculiarity in their stride, and we would all restart a new game. Most games came to a win or loss result and then we would merely restart another. These were --soundcardchess, e mail chess, and many with whom I tried to get a good easily usuable version but who in turn imposed five or six computer players, thereby filling up the available allocation, whether i liked it or not so were dropped and who are now cancassing moves from me

Over the last 12 months odd, serious disappearances began showing up, and of late it is rare that we can finish a game before it disappears, but we did conclude a few.

Now it has become intolerable to one apponent, who has walked away permanently and I am very sad to see it.

I have searched my g mail site account ( we had even tried using G mail in case our original I S P had become suspect ) and now after quite a few moves, they too disappeared - these not connected to my I S P in any way.

Today, I found two games at the very bottom of my default website after quite sometime looking and they moved as required and were received by the recipient correctly.I have searched my ESET antivirus account for any erroneous stop, and found nothing. My "in-house" list of blockings is clear of any of these incoming moves, and now I am at the end of my tether.

Cannot anyone come up with a solution, please?

I use W 7, 2 gb ram, 500 gb h/d, internet explorer and Firefox, plus as I say G Mail all while using Windows Live

My speed is good ( download speed 56 m/bs ) and as far as I know, no other non chess e mails have disappeared
