| 1400431 | 2015-05-12 05:35:00 | Dont bother with 1 these days. Just fixed one, well formatted one that had Nortons on it. It was ready to expire. It was full of worms. because the guy had utorrent on it. And there were exe files on it (which probably ran the worm (midnight.h or something - a network worm). Couldnt update it it was slower than a snail. Finally got Windows back on it and updated this morning |

Surely , the no.1 rule is NOT to use AV supplied to you direct from the Software company, for the sole purpose of testing . You would go & buy/download the Av anonymously & do a default install. |

| 1400433 | 2015-05-12 06:32:00 | I got a issue with Nod32. So I scanned the system and the log is showing 148 infections. How do I "clean" them? |

| 1400434 | 2015-05-12 06:53:00 | It should clean / Quarantine them automatically unless it was selected to scan without cleaning, if not then you should get a window opening with the option to clean, delete or ignore, this usually happens if they are running in memory and Nod cant do the actions while they are running, so needs to reboot to remove them. You don't want to clean them, but select delete if the window gives the option. | wainuitech (129) | ||

| 1400436 | 2015-05-12 22:33:00 | How did you set or tell it to scan ? Normally the only time that happens (from experience) is if its told to scan but don't clean. When its first installed it will do a auto full scan of the computer, Even in the default cleaning mode you should have gotten a window pop up: 6463 If its been done by the online version then I don't know if you get the window or not, I NEVER do it like that, I always install it. |

I never saw that window I have installed from the site on the link I got from cyabro As far as I can tell I ran a full scan during the day while I was at work. |
