| 1388340 | 2014-11-19 17:36:00 | Best Snap then 2degrees Worst ird Best by far the place in England who I got the replacement fan from for my parents oven over New Year while I was over there. The fan broke New years day, I ordered a new one that day. Next day I had an email telling when it would arrive (Jan 3), which courier company would deliver, the name and contact number of the driver, what time it would arrive in a one hour time slot and if I was going to be out in that time a button to click that would send a real time message to the driver with a nominated by me neighbour who would be at home and could sign and receive it on my behalf. Incredible service. |

Worst: 3 large companies who have to remain nameless that I interviewed at this year. 1: Group interview, instructed to talk to assessor next to each candidate, go round the room after and discuss. So the 2 either side of me lean round me and talk to each other. I apparently gained the magic ability to become invisible. It didn't improve from there... 2: Interview with IT people went extremely well. Asked to come back for test with HR person. HR person made several bizarre comments during tests and then escorted me to corridor, dismissing me. Rejected as I had "refused to meet with other managers after testing". 3: IT managers, after initial greeting, looked everywhere round room except directly at me during questions. Never heard back at all. |

On a prepay, 2Degrees can send multiple txt spams per day (yes multiple of the same thing) Yet cant & wont send me a txt to tell me I need to top the a/c or txt me to say an autopayment didnt go through (their fault, not mine) Worst : Telecom : For the ongoing xtra email issues |
