| 443418 | 2006-04-03 08:42:00 | Hi, I just turned on the PC around an hour ago & found one of my partitions stopped working? I keep on getting the message File or Directory is corrupt or unreadable. What do i do? Can i recover any of the data from that drive as there are a lot of documents etc that i need. Thanks for any help or suggestions you can give me. Alex |

| 443420 | 2006-04-04 16:00:00 | Need more input.... What is the OPSYS? When does the error message show up? Do you get all the way into Windows? (Or whatever opsys you use) Run Belarc Adviser and get a report on the drive...if it's S.M.A.R.T. enabled, it'll tell you if it's getting sick. Just give some more info...maybe even run Hijackthis and post the FULL scan here. |
