| 443529 | 2006-04-03 14:23:00 | Howdy all, Has anyone been playing SS2 that I can get a saved game file from? I still have the saved game files in the folder but for some reason they arent being read. They are blue MSInfo Document files now. Was up to save no 0047 and dont really feel like starting again. Its taken me 2 months to get this far. Any help much appreciated. |

| 443530 | 2006-04-03 19:19:00 | If they are blue, that means WinXP has compressed them to save disk space. Your game may not be able to read them anymore because of this. Go into that folder and select all the blue files. Right-click on that selection go into properties and remove the check mark by "Compress contents to save disk space". Click OK. After note: Actually, you may be able to uncompress the entire folder contents in one hit. Right-click on the saved game folder > Properties and see if you can removed the check mark for compression there instead. |
