| 444471 | 2006-04-06 10:46:00 | Why can I not get smiley/frownies on my laptop. My brother in Uk has a similar problem and we thought it was a Brit problem :annoyed: I could print on my old pc but now my new pc won't post I just get:) is it a keyboard prob? :waughh: Please help :help: |

For example, a computer not being able to POST means it cannot start up and load Windows. Is that what you were meaning? I am not sure how that is related to not being able to use the printer on your new computer. |

As for Word - I don't know why it isn't working. What version of Word are you using? |

I tried Microsoft Outlook 2003 bundled in the Office suite and the emoticons work fine, So it must be an Outlook update that is needed.
