| 444388 | 2006-04-06 06:13:00 | Check and see if the burner is running in PIO mode . Device Manager / IDE / ATA /Atapi controllers / Primary/Secondary IDE channel (whatever IDE channel it's on) . And the advanced settings tab . Does it say Ultra DMA Mode x, or PIO Mode here? |

Right-click on my computer, select properties & go to the hardware tab. Click the device manager button. Click on the + beside IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers to expand it right-click on primary IDE channel & select properties. Go to the advanced tab & make sure transfer mode is set to DMA. Do the same for the secondary IDE channel |
