446160 2006-04-14 06:11:00 We bought a cheap Philips VCR - Its OK. But although I have managed to retain every operating manual for all our equipment since 1967 we have managed to lose the one for our Philips VCR model VR330
I tried the internet and got what looked OK but when I downloaded it I had only a 2 page view and specification sheet. Can anybody help with an instruction sheet/manual for this fairly recent device.

446161 2006-04-14 09:04:00 HI i did a google search for you and found your model but it two only has two pages about it,i assume its because vcrs are out and theirs less features on them now so that will be why the book tells you very little. I have however got a link here for you to go and have a look at i hope this helps.usersmanualguide.com Hitech (9024)
446162 2006-04-14 23:28:00 Thanks Hitech but you have covered the ground I have been to already. I am beginning to think that the only way I will get a copy of the User manual is to hope somebody already has one and will copy it for me. Its not a book, by the way but one of those big one sheet affairs.
Nowadays I feel all manufactures should be putting copies of their manuals on the internet. Not only is it not an onerous task (surely all manuals are computer drafted now) but it makes finding relevant information so much easier.

446163 2006-04-15 03:39:00 How's your Dutch (usersmanualguide.com/philips/ home_audio-video__vcr/vr330_39), Thomas? There might be a manual there. ;) (you might have to knock a space out of that url "/ ho" ... I can't check it from this computer). (My Google string was "philips vr330 manual download", which finds a lot of service manuals too. One of those links might be worth a try). Graham L (2)
