446408 2006-04-15 03:20:00 Hi guys,

I have been mixing live music from a mackie 32 track mixing console.
Ok my next trick I want to do is have a live feed into a pc for direct live recording straight onto a pc.

So want I really want is to be able to record from live source to mixer to PC.

Anyone familiar with any software or programs that could take on that kind of task?

Basically the actual mixing is done on the mixer itself, I generally want the recorder to just take a direct signal and record it. Maybe have a levelling control to basic volume.

Any help much appreciated, cheers in advance.

446409 2006-04-15 11:04:00 My Dad uses CD Wave (http://www.milosoftware.com/) to record his LPs to put them onto CD. He also uses it to record from the radio as it has a basic timer built in. It should do the trick for you. CYaBro (73)
