Got a reply that my change had been approved and within 24 hours I was up and running at 3.x. This is what the DSL test said: "Your current bandwidth reading is: 61.50kbps which means you can download at 7.69 KB/sec. from our servers." Anyone of you that can share the same "jet(snail) speeds". |
