1400788 2015-05-16 03:23:00 I put together the results in AV format to present to our Photography Club. I now find that the judges' comments are coming in an ever increasing variety for audio formats. I use Audacity to edit the files for use in my presentation. Would I be unreasonable to ask for the files to come in .mp3 format?

Or alternatively, is there a Free Converter for me to use (and free of malware too)?

As always, TIA :)

1400789 2015-05-16 04:01:00 I use any audio any converter which is free. I use it with the .flac plugin to convert CD's to .flac but it can do most conversions. gary67 (56)

1400791 2015-05-16 21:58:00 Ask them to use a lossless format of some kind, if they give you horribly compressed MP3s, which then you re-compress during editing etc, it will just get worse...

If they must use MP3 etc, make sure they save them in the highest quality.
