1390365 2014-12-16 23:59:00 Yes. The thing that bought a tear to my eyes was the comment by a father who said

"the smaller the coffins are, the harder they are to carry"

1390368 2014-12-17 06:07:00 I think there may be a few drone strikes coming up, however, I would prefer to have the shooters die a very slow and painful death.

One thing I was a bit annoyed about was a comment in the ODT by, written by David Leggat of the Herald ... Full article HERE (www.odt.co.nz)

"Just as New Zealand didn't want to take part in the third test in Sharjah in the wake of Phillip Hughes' death, their minds elsewhere, so now Pakistan's wishes should be respected.

Younis' words should strike a chord with the New Zealanders. Indeed, this tragedy would strike perhaps even harder than Hughes' death. These are his people."

I mean really ... "PERHAPS" ... how the hell does the death of one cricket player have any comparison to 140 deaths, of which the majority were children ... un-bloody-believable ...

1390369 2014-12-17 06:26:00 Well it seems this action is in retaliation for previous 'drone strikes' and Pakistani military "doing something" resulting in civilian and child casualties.
It's a circular problem.
