| 1389877 | 2014-12-10 20:01:00 | Had a call to look at a PC that unpaid scammers put a password on. No trouble I thought, easy fix. Bzzzzzzzzzzzt, not quite so easy. They put on a Syskey password, and turned off System Restore so no way of doing a restore or copy SAM, SYSTEM, DEFAULT, etc files from the reg backup - all theses were 0 bytes. Some Passcape software managed to crack it so, not too bad after all. Luckily NZ Post refused to put their payment through. They also installed pirated Office 2007 Enterprise, Webroot Antivirus, WinRar and AVG2015. If you come across any scammers with this info, they probably use the same key: 789456123 Name : Mr. Ryan Walker Position : Manager S. Code : 20101991 E. ID : RTR0906 Dept : VODAFONE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT WESTERN UNION RECIVERS NAME -------------------- Name : David Mam St. Add : 710 E Charter Way City : Stockton, State : California [CA] ZIP : 95206 Country : United States Of America Amount : $350 USD |
