The redirection service left off the postcode and put the wrong country, US instead of UK. When I raised the matter all they could say was the post is lost. They gave me another 6 months free but made no attempt to trace the mail or what had happened to it, is it stored for 3 months like NZ, is it shredded, it may have contained personal info. I have used the redirection twice this year and both times the same thing happened. Has this happened to any body else? It's a nightmare! |
