This enjoinder also includes refraining from written diarrhea - some of our older members think they have the franchise ;)

Now really, you know we are all brief, succinct, witty, laconic, condensed, crisp, terse, to the point, economic, pithy, short and sweet, compendious, epigrammatic, synoptic, aphoristic and gnomic.

The idea that some might be wordy, verbiagous, prolixificious, grandiloquent, garrulous, expatiatious, or prone to logorrhea is a bit much.

Or are you saying we may talk crap, ****, bull, bunk, guff, rot or hogwash?

1389312 2014-12-03 07:55:00 Now really, you will come to appreciate Walone is brief, succinct, witty, laconic, condensed, crisp, terse, to the point, economic, pithy, short and sweet, compendious, epigrammatic, synoptic, aphoristic and gnomic.

The idea that other forum members might be wordy, verbiagous, prolixificious, grandiloquent, garrulous, expatiatious, or prone to logorrhea is appropriately discerning.

Thanks for your interesting assertions about "other forum members", pctek. As usual, you are succinct, to the point. However, I felt it necessary to make some corrections ...

Welcome :D

Some of us older members can even spell diarrhoea, but actually we don't hold the franchise on that, running over at the mouth (keyboard) is an affliction that affects all ages and genders at various times. We bid you a warm welcome Alex, regardless of age, infirmity or unusual habits.

Cheers
