| 1389798 | 2014-12-09 05:38:00 | I often have a bottle of water with me when travelling long distance, cycling, tramping, even on my desk at work. I can't remember the last time I bought a bottle of water though, probably last Christmas while transiting Abu Dhabi airport I would think and before that possibly 2-3 years before that. If I'm in a country where the tap water is safe to drink why pay for water, and by reusing my bottle time after time I'm not adding to the carbon footprint of my water and bottle. |

| 1389799 | 2014-12-09 18:02:00 | Marketing, ignorance and fashion. Pure water may not be harmful, although pure = distilled, but it sure tastes boring. It has no taste. We in Auckland at least, have very good water straight from the tap - even with Watercares charges - it's $1.375c per kilo litre. Thats 1000 litres......pretty cheap really. |
