| 449146 | 2006-04-24 21:10:00 | Morning all. A while ago I d/loaded and installed Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 as this was required for something related to my flight simming... Now, instead of going direct to my Desktop at start, I'm now given a .Net password screen that I have to push 'Enter' to get passed. I've tried to find a "Help" doc or similar that may tell me how to get rid of this, but no luck, hence this post. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the password prompt pop-up thingy?? Many thanks Tim |

| 449149 | 2006-04-24 22:52:00 | Thanks guys. It doesn't need a password, I just click on OK or press enter and it disappears and I cruise on to the desktop. It's not the XP logon thing, it's specifically .Net. Obviously it's no big deal, but it would be nice to have the PC boot straight to the desktop instead of sitting on this login screen... Cheers Tim |
