449173 2006-04-24 12:22:00 Anyone has any suggestion? I had browsed thrrough download.com for one, but most of them are either trial or demo. An effect similar to the flash in this webpage: www.howickcollege.school.nz would be nice.

Cheers :)

With this one, you can easily change the photos you use etc. without touching the Flash code iirc.

Open Office Org 2.0 lets you save Impress files (pretty much powerpoint) as a Flash or swf. I'm not sure if you can get the transistions to work automatically. But you can def click through slides.

The flash is not working as well as I thought. Instead of images, sometimes a blank white screen appears in the flash. That applies to all browsers that I have tried (Opera, Firefox and IE). At the same time, after uploading all the necessary files to my website (it is still under construction; links have not been made yet), the flash doesn't appear at all in Opera, Firefox nor IE (Link: jamesfiles.dannz.net.nz). I might just ask TiJay to create one for me, if all else fails.

449179 2006-04-26 03:43:00 Are you certain that you've put the appropriate files in the right subfolders, and configured the file accordingly - as I think that any one of these aspects missing will stuff it up. somebody (208)

OK, solved it (I didn't know that XML documents are case-sensitive). But a new problem arises. It seems that some pictures that I had uploaded are not displayed in the animation, while occasionally I get a white blank screen. This occurs in all three browsers (Opera, IE and Firefox) that I tried out. Could it be that there is a fault with the flash file?

449181 2006-04-26 13:55:00 I can whip something up that looks exactly like the rotator you tried to use...it is a very simple design...I would just need the images you want in the .swf TiJay (6055)
449182 2006-04-27 02:26:00 The order of images is as listed below: (Please make the size of the swf 448 x 336)

jamesfiles.dannz.net.nz
jamesfiles.dannz.net.nz
jamesfiles.dannz.net.nz
jamesfiles.dannz.net.nz
jamesfiles.dannz.net.nz
jamesfiles.dannz.net.nz
jamesfiles.dannz.net.nz
jamesfiles.dannz.net.nz

Make it 3 seconds per photo view. Thanks!

Cheers :)
