| 448999 | 2006-04-24 05:01:00 | Well I recently upgraded my graphics card to an GeForce 6600 (AGP 8X) . Connected the S-Video connector to the card and plugged in my AV cable to it and into back of my TV . After forcing detection, began working . Booted up and all seemed fine . Arrived at logon screen and tv flicked into black and white . I have tried changing the settings (pal, ntsc etc) on both my TV and on the card without success . - My previous card simply had an AV plug on the back and it worked fine! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- IS IT DOING THIS BECAUSE I AM USING THE S-VIDEO -> AV ADAPTOR? OR IS IT MY TV? (COUPLE OF YEARS OLD) I think if i got a new tv with s-video in, it would be fine . But surelly there must be some work-around??? |
