| 448931 | 2006-04-23 22:34:00 | I have problem (well, duh). When I install programs, start menu icons don't come up. The only one that did was Microsoft Expression (is this some kind of evil Microsoft ploy?). I am running a (legit!) version of Windows XP Professional (it's Chinese, btw). When I installed BootSkin, it said something like: "Cannot create directory: D:\Documents and Settings\Tony\??????\??" | tony_young480 (4942) | ||
| 448932 | 2006-04-23 22:55:00 | Is D the bootdisk for XP? Try cleaning the temp files etc with ccleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com) then install whatever program again. |
