| 450274 | 2006-04-28 09:00:00 | I would like to setup a wireless Lan between 2 computers in my home.Maybe in the future set up another as a server.This is mainly for file sharing, Lan games and maybe internet connection sharing.I only have dial-up. I can't find a simple guide that tells me what I need and how to set it all up. I am thinking that I only need to buy 2 PCI wireless cards and go from there. | hogsnort (7858) | ||

Study it up before you put your wireless LAN into operation. Use encryption and allow only the hardware addresses of your cards access. | johnd (85) | ||
