And cant be formatted / re-used.

If it says CDR, it can only be used once and when its full, thats the end of it.

You can delete files from a CDR, BUT u cant re-use the space left on it. Or reformat the CD.

Anyway I now have a new box of blank cd's. So I'll get on with my half hour copying job that I started four hours ago.

451223 2006-05-02 04:22:00 afaik stock windows dosn't support cdrw, you will need incd. good time to install nero. incd should be on the nero disk.

that's odd, I've been using this way for years on xp for quick backups & shown many of my clients the same way. although i have nero & incd - it was just as easy to right-click Send to... when i do proper backups - i use nero & cdr & dvdr
