| 451577 | 2006-05-03 04:45:00 | Hi, I get 2 short beeps prior to posting, I have been to the BIOS website and 2 beeps could mean - " parity error in base memory [first 64kb block] also they sayit could be [ reseat the memory or replace with known good modules. I have tried other good memory sticks but it doesn't fix the problem, could someone explain what the " parity error " is please. Thanks |
