| 451161 | 2006-05-01 22:25:00 | The April 27 test might be a rogue one. As to the others the variability is depedent on other traffic on the link between the testing computer and the testing server. You may have to go through multiple router and network links. Do a tracert to see how many hops between you and the server. The more hops you have the more variability. |
