452423 2006-05-05 10:12:00 Hi,

friend of mine told me of a site (that has been around for years) that allows people (no login required) to download free mp3 songs for selected albums. This site only includes some 40 odd albums at any time and changes weekly (new albums come in and old ones go out). It is supposed to work on advertisers paying the artists/bands.

This kind of business seems to be illegal (reading articles on/offline), so I am reluctant to download any music from this site. On the other hand there are a lot of really good bands in the site (for oldies like me) and the site looks really professional, so I would like to get your opinion whether this is something I dare try.

The site URL is [edit: URL removed].
