451749 2006-05-03 16:01:00 I have found the review in May's PC World very helpful and eye-opening however wondering why they did not include NOD32 ? If I was going to buy one that would be the first one I would consider. AVG, which I currently use, did not fare as well as we would have expected :horrified

451751 2006-05-03 21:27:00 I too wondered why NOD32 was not included.

AVG, from memory, finished where you should expect free software to finish.

451752 2006-05-03 23:38:00 i suspect they proberly needed NOD32's makers permission to puplish tests etc. if so they certain missed out on some good free advertising.

i havn't seen the tests (yet) but i always take AV tests with a bucket of salt! you proberly won't see those results on your pc for a varity of reasons. history of problems and results is worth more than any single test.
