| 452137 | 2006-05-04 10:05:00 | Checked my version of Firefox to see that it was 1.0.7 Searched for updates via Tools/Options/Advanced/Software Updates only to be told that none were available. Logged on to www.firefox.com and began to download v1.5.0.3 I am on Ihug's broadband lite package but could only get a download speed of between 15.KB/Sec and 17.6 :( What gives? A 5.00MB file took just over 5 minutes to download. |

I usually get a download at the full rated speed from Telebomb, but today I struck a dial-up speed download from a U.S. site. It happens. There's a connection speed test here: http://www.computercarewanganui.co.nz/ and heaps more via Google. |
