| 453257 | 2006-05-08 10:06:00 | I am codexs friend, on his account with his permission. ok, heres the delio, computer just shuts down randomly. after not moving the mouse for about an average of 5 minutes i can use the keyboard to navigate through everything, but once i move the mouse its like the plug was pulled and everything dies, and then about 10 seconds later it restarts, ive shut it down properly, virus scanned. one button check up, everything that I can think of. i dont want to resort to formatting this piece of crap, so please someone help me! |

| 453258 | 2006-05-08 10:14:00 | What version of windows is on it? What kind of mouse is it? USB or PS/2?? It sounds like a conflict . Depending on which version of Windows you've got, go to device manager . (If u can, or do it in safe mode) . See what entry has got a ! X or something else beside it . |
