| 453114 | 2006-05-08 08:14:00 | This prob has now been fixed. Solution: Uninstalled Office. Delete C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Office folder. Delete C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application Data\Microsoft\Office folder. Delete C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office folder. Delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office key in the registry. Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office key Run ccleaner, click on run ccleaner. Then go to Issues tab, click on scan for issues. When entries come up click on fix selected issues. Remove all entries. Reinstall Office. Finish. |
