From the middle of April, I think they said ( I got 3.5M on April 15th as a example) , but it depends on when your billing period starts again

Hope this helps :)

453365 2006-05-09 01:05:00 Your waiting for nothing then. When it does happen, before you post back check out all the other threads with people complaning that the new speed is slower than they were already on LOL Rob99 (151)

That depends on what exchange there are on, as I have not had any slow down problems at all.

453367 2006-05-09 01:15:00 There's also the chance that Annanz is on a "mini DSLAM" which is limited to 2M by design. PaulD (232)

453369 2006-05-09 06:24:00 I suppose i'm lucky. Two homes and two different data rates. Mum's has a rate of 3100kbps (max 2.6ish mbit after overhead..) and dad's is 4288kbps downstream with pretty good snr margin etc. Dad's exchange is on the outer part of chch and i don't think there are that many broadband users + it's only 1.5km away. jermsie (6820)
453370 2006-05-09 08:58:00 We have two pcs one wireless laptop and one normal desktop we share one wireless router. The desktop gets 3.2mbps most of the time and the laptop gets 1.6mbps of course i expect to lose some speed due to it being wireless. Hitech (9024)

As long as they stay as they are now, I am happy to say Telecom is heading in the right direction. :)
