454068 2006-05-11 07:42:00 I have a Microsoft mouse,it's done this for some time.
Over time everything begins to slow, scrolls slows as does the cursor.
If I open and close the icon on the desktop everything speeds up until it once again starts to slow down.
I do nothing else when I open, the whatever is in the mouse icon, but open and close.

454073 2006-05-11 10:30:00 No, The MS software, untick it from startup, see if the issue goes away, and while your waiting for it to happen again...download the latest MS suite for mouses.

If it still happens, ditch the mouse.
