453949 2006-05-11 02:02:00 Freelancer is cool, but I am not sure it would run on your pc? I think it says the minimum is 600mhz or something.

Sorry I can't help much, but if you ever get a gaming pc one day, check out www.egosoft.com. Apparently their game is far better than Freelancer (not that there was anything wrong with Freelancer.)

Also, apparantly Freelancer some really fun online play. Go check it out if you ever get it going.

453953 2006-05-12 06:49:00 I've merged your duplicate thread back into this one.

Download and install this program - Belarc Advisor - Free Personal PC Audit (www.belarc.com). It will report back about your hardware, and what sort of video card you have.

I know this is a bit late, but being a modder of Diablo II, I can confirm that you don't need the best video card to run the game . (It's one of the only games I know that is still popular with online gamers but doesn't require a video card with memory on it) .

I've never had a problem running Diablo II on my old pc, and that was on win 98, with 64mb ram with a 386mh processor . Maybe you're trying to run too many other background programmes at once?
